Registration or Renewal

Yale First Nation’s Indian Registration Administrator provides information and assistance with status-card applications, renewals, replacements and updates.

A status card provides proof that a person is registered under the Indian Act. Registration does not expire, but status cards must be renewed.
 

FIRST STATUS CARD
 

Get assistance with applying for your first status card after you have been registered under the Indian Act.
 

RENEW YOUR CARD
 

Receive information about renewing an expired or expiring status card and the documents required for your application.
 

REPLACE OR UPDATE YOUR CARD
 

Get assistance if your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, or if you need to update personal information shown on the card.
 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
 

Application and identification requirements may differ depending on the type of card service required. Please contact Tisheena before your appointment to confirm which forms, identification, photographs or supporting documents you should bring.
