The Yale First Nation Maintenance Department is dedicated to maintaining a safe, functional, and beautiful environment for our community. Through our commitment to excellence, we aim to enhance the quality of life for all Yale First Nation members.​

Need maintenance done in your YFN rental, please be sure to fill out a work order form which are accessible at our YFN office or you can receive by email.  This will help us prioritize on going maintenance work.

Services:

• General Repairs: Addressing issues such as plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs in community buildings and housing. We are to report any issues to the Housing Department and they will hire the correct contractor for the job. 

• Groundskeeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management.

• Facility Upgrades: Performing necessary upgrades and improvements to ensure facilities meet current standards and community needs.

• Emergency Response: Providing rapid response to emergency maintenance situations to ensure the safety and security of community members.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of facilities to prevent issues and prolong the life of infrastructure.
